Hi there! I'm involved with an organization who just switched to ConvertKit and is pretty frustrated because they don't understand how it works, and they messed up their sequences/audiences and lost a lot of followers because of the mistake. I'm volunteering to help them stay on it (because I love CK and have been on it for years) BUT I want to read up on all the features and make sure *I* am well equipped to help. Where's the best spot to do this? Are there articles? Videos? Can I book a free or paid call with a CK expert to make sure I'm up to speed?
