Hi, I need help with why my automation isn't sending. It's set to live, people get the confirmation email, but then the welcome email sequence, set to send immediately, doesn't go. I've checked that it's good to be sent on all days, and these are the first people in the funnel so can't see that them entering the funnel again could be a problem.
I notice there's a time for emails to be sent, but no 'immediately' option, it's all about time zones.
Why isn't it working!!
