First, I truly enjoyed last Thursday's "Monetization Workshop!" I found every word and slide to be outstanding and very informative. However, I have not received confirmed emails from my landing page, nor have several of my prospects who want to attend my upcoming Zoom Workshop. As a newbie, I have read how to troubleshoot this problem from help@covertkit.com. It said, "No emails will be able to send until your account is approved." Also, I don't remember seeing a yellow bar across the top of my ConverKit account, and finally, my prospects checked their spam folders as well with no results. Please help me to resolve this issue.
