I manage Convertkit accounts for several of my clients and I'm frequently fielding complaints from subscribers who are no longer receiving emails. Nine times out of ten, they've been automatically unsubscribed due to a bounced email, even though their email address is clearly good.
I always have to contact support to get these people reactivated. It would be AMAZING if there were simply a button to do this in each user's profile.
