I have set up two forms on my wordpress website using Bloom. How/Where do I configure double opt in so that subscribers who use those forms have to confirm their email address?

Did you create the form using ConvertKit? If you did, the double opt-in is enabled by default. But you can check the form settings to find the double opt-in. You can check this guide for reference:
