Is is possible to add customers who have purchased a Product on ConvertKit, to a form?
Some context: I've got a Product for sale inside of ConvertKit. It's a ticket to workshop that I hosted on WebinarJam. And I've got some customers who have purchased that Product via Convertkit.
I'm trying to integrate WebinarJam and Converkit so people who purchase my Product on CK, are able to get automated emails from WebinarJam through Convertkit.
However, lol
WebinarJam doesn't see Products. Or Tags, or Segments. It only sees forms.
when I try to integrate CK and WJ, it attempts to link up the custom fields... Well, it only recognizes all my Forms. (See attachment)
So I need an automated way for people who've purchased a Product to be associated with a form, so that I can integrate Webinarjam and ConvertKit.
