Yes, You can add a custom field. Then select field type, add label, eggy car and configure tag options.

Yes, this works for TAGS but not CUSTOM FIELDS.
Why can't a form have a dropdown list or checkbox for responses connected to a CUSTOM FIELD???
This image is from a form editing page. It shows that when your form has a question connected to a Tag, you have an option for Dropdown or Checkboxes.
But when your question is connected to a Custom Field on your mailing list, there is no option for responses listed in a Dropdown or Checkbox. Why??? It is really important for custom fields to have controlled responses. This is crazy.
