There is an amazing guy who works at ConvertKit named Michael! He helped me via chat. He walked me through my entire e-mail sequence and explained everything to me. He helped me to connect my form to the sequence (I didn't even know that was a step) and explained to me the difference between a visual automation and a rule. I learned so much! I even tested the sequence and lo and behold it was paused. So, I took that off. I still have a couple of edits to make but I finally got the help I needed and can move forward with my funnel.
