3 weeks ago my emails started bouncing but I didn't realise until now - 2/3 of my list is marked as bounced. How can I restore these people to my list? And I don't know why it happened so how can I stop it happening again?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hey Kathryn -- That's not good. As far as I know, the subscribers bounced after unsuccessful attempts of ConvertKit to reach their email server. They do this to maintain the good health and deliverability of our list. I would suggest reaching out to their deliverability so that they can check what's happening with the bounces.
