Incentive emails don't format properly for me. I've tried editing an HTML block, or just entering content, but it makes no difference. In the editor, for example, I get a nice shaped button, but in the email I received, I get a coloured block of text from about 1997. What a I doing wrong?! I can't even change to a sans-serif font!
