3 weeks ago my open/click rates fell off a cliff. Then I heard that some people hadn't received mails in that time & now it seems that my subscribers have dropped from 161 a week ago to 65 (although I can only see evidence of one unsubscribe in my account) Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong??
