Noob here and a little confused! It seems I can set up an automated email sequence either using rules, visual automation, or in the sequences menu. Which is the correct method? If I set a 1 day delay in the sequence, and a 1 day delay in the visual automation, is that then a 2 day delay? Does the timer for the delay include the confirmation email? Thanks!
