A while back I created a modal form and integrated it with my WordPress website. Now I want to remove it from the site, but I can't find where I put the code in order to delete it. I can't remember where I inserted the code. I emailed support and they were able to show me the code (see attached screenshot they sent me), but they didn't know where I should go to delete it. I asked a developer that I work with to help me — she can't find the code either. I am using the Beaver Builder theme with the Beaver Builder plugin. The code is not in any widgets nor is it in any of the BB modules on-page. I'm at a loss. Does anyone here know where else I can look? I'm not a developer and therefore would not have the expertise to insert it anywhere other than the obvious. I have also removed this form from my ConvertKit dashboard but it continues to pop up.
