All of a sudden, tons of our subscribers are being automatically added to a sequence without them clicking on anything to add the tag (or even showing that they have the tag). I can't for the life of me figure out why! The sequence is part of an automation and I did notice that at the form level, it was checked for them to automatically go through that sequence. I removed this and left it blank, so hoping that solves it. Does anyone have any additional insight?

I recently had something similar happen.  I think my root cause it a link trigger.  I clicked a link in an email in one of my sequences.  The next day I started receiving email from another sequence.  I didn't realize that tag would drop me into the other sequence.  I'm still trying to figure out how it happened and how to remove the trigger.

After you removed the check box for the sequence, are new (or test) subscribers still going through the sequence?
