Bounced Subscribers from Gmail Outage. I have gone through 17 emails and replies from my support person at help@convertkit.com. It is maddening. Is this support email run by bots or real people? I subscriber to my own website's email. I open the emails regularly and click the links to remain an active person. Recently after the Gmail outage an email that was sent to my email address from ConvertKit, bounced. This unsubscribed me immediately. While, as the business owner of the account, noticed the issue immediately, I am wondering how many of my subscribers this affected? After 17 emails back and forth, my support contact is trying to answer 1,000 other questions and close the case. In fact, It think I have offered her more support than she has offered me. Can I get support on the results of the Gmail outage we had this week and how to recover those subscribers who were unsubscribed due to a bounced email. Please help! help@convertkit.com is driving me insane.
