Cindy, even though you were told by @Kristine Flojo3 that the credit card info captures people's names so you can use it to personalize emails (e.g. First Name), I don't think that is correct. I ran into the same problem with my product: there is no way to ask for First Names, so there is no way to send personalized follow-up emails, which is a big oversight by ConvertKit. If a person who is already in your contacts purchases the product, it connects it to that person and you can use the first name. However, if the purchase isn't already in your contacts, it will NOT grab the first name from the credit card info entered. I just tried it out myself.
