CLICKFUNNELS USERS: I'm trying to integrate ConvertKit with CF (which I managed to do) but I'm having a hard time getting subscribers who fill out the form to show up as a new subscriber here. What am I doing wrong?

- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add

- Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hey @oliverc0619@gmail.com46! Sometimes there's a delay before ClickFunnels subscribers will show up in ConvertKit. This is a known issue and unfortunately it is not something within our control, as ClickFunnels built the integration. The delay can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. If you need further assistance with that, I'd recommend reaching out to the CF support team, as their team will be the best to advise on that as the developers of the integration.

If it seems like they're not showing up at all, I'd recommend double checking whether they might be coming in as unconfirmed46 (i.e. if the CK form you've connected CF to has double opt-in45 enabled, and they just haven't confirmed their subscription yet). You can view your unconfirmed subscribers in ConvertKit by selecting that option from the dropdown at the top of the list on the subscribers page52 :)
