Code of Conduct Deliverability Do you allow NFT projects to market using Convert Kit? Asking because I was running an NFT project on Mailchimp and we were shut down.

In reference to the Acceptable Use Policy40, under 'Industries and Content Subject to Additional Scrutiny',:
Trading and Crypto or Bitcoin: Again, we allow educational information on the topics of trading, financial markets, bitcoin, etc. However, we do not allow content that sells or gives (through purchase or lottery) monetary or similar funds, or content that promises wealth or get-rich-quick type offers. We allow creators to promote NFTs through their emails alongside their regular content, but we don’t allow senders who are solely NFT-sellers.
