Does anyone have the contact details for the Gravity Forms / Convertkit Addon? With the recent Gravity Forms update the add-on simply does not work. Convertkit help has handballed the challenge but haven’t given me contact details so I can deal with the addon developer directly. If I can’t get this sorted then I will be forced to re-think my tech stack which includes ConvertKit. Any insight is appreciated.
