This is a known issue right now. Convertkit's engineering team is aware of this issue and currently working on a fix.
They don't have any set time frame on when will be fixed, but so far, this is already being worked on.

Support Does anyone know how to get Japanese to work in landing pages and Convertkit emails? The characters can't be typed directly into either of them. Copy/paste works but then all formatting on the landing page header is lost.
