does convertkit offer customer support? the chat was just a bot, the dashboard has no support, i found this through google: https://convertkit.com/support, - clicked the open support ticket , but that does not do anything. button does not seem to work. I also sent an email but never got anything back. how was your experience been? is there a service with better customer support out there?
