Forms not displaying consistently in Wordpress. I have it set up to insert the opt-in form on every page and post. Usually on the first load of a page the form will not show up. Once I reload the page it will. Im trying to set up a page just devoted to joining our newsletter. If I embed the form using a shortcode the form will show up twice. I deleted the shortcode and both forms disappeared. this is for both pages and posts. Not sure what Im doing wrong. Im using an inline form.
