From a back office/convertkit perspective, how did you handle making changes to your account. Maybe you changed the way you refer to areas of your business, or the process by which you are doing certain things. Maybe you had bloat from your evolution as a business. One cause of this could be due to added functionality. Convertkit regularly adds functionality to the system, which can change the way you do things within it (think rules vs. automations). Another example is with the use of segments if when you first started you didn't understand them but after taking a training you did. What was your process for accommodating those changes and tweaks or have you? Ha or has this question caused you to realize you need to do that?
