"From Name" and "Email Address" Issue...Hey, yesterday I changed my "From Name" and "Email Address". It's been almost a full day and my emails are still going out as my old email address. Can someone Help? I checked both in the "Account Setting --> Email" section as well as in the automation settings. In fact. my new email is the only one left. Can someone help?

Hey @Deniero Bartolini2, sorry for the trouble! If that is the only sending address in your account, it should definitely be getting used for all your outgoing emails.

In this case, could you please reach out to our team at help@convertkit.com10 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with a description of this issue and the name of an example form that is still using the old sending address? One of our Product Specialists will be able to help test it out & troubleshoot further!
