Has anyone else had a bad experience with the ConvertKit support so far? I've had a problem with my account ever since I signed up for ConvertKit. I'm now a paying customer, and the support ticket I opened on January 11th still hasn't been closed yet, because I only get really sporadic responses from the support team. It's just really unfortunate, because I think ConvertKit is a great tool, but I really thought the support was going to be a bit better for that premium you pay compared to other email marketing software...
