Has anyone ever had an issue with subscribers not being registered and not receiving the confirmation email? I am now concerned that people hav signed up and I do not have their contact.

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hey @kimberly@sondaiexpressions.com29! If your emails don't seem to be delivering, there are a few different factors that could be at play. In this case, it would be best if you reached out via help@convertkit.com31 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) so one of our Product Specialists can take a closer look at your account specifically. It would help facilitate the process if you include the following information in your initial message:

  • The name of the affected Form or Landing Page, as displayed on the Forms page34 in your account
  • The URL to the Landing Page, or the URL on which the Form is embedded (so we can test it)
  • The email address(es) of any Subscribers you know of that attempted to subscribe but did not receive the confirmation email (if applicable)
  • Any email addresses you used to test out your own opt-in (if applicable)
