Has anyone had issues with ConvertKit forms randomly disappearing from their site? I have one that's fixed to my homepage, at the bottom of posts, and as a popup. Every now and again, I'll visit my site and notice that the form no longer appears. In the past, I just deleted and re-added the shortcode in Wordpress, which seemed to fix the issue for a few weeks. However, this is no longer working and I'm left with an active form that no one can see. If I try to add the HTML code, the form reappears, but only shows the headers and all of the code - no actual input areas (see attached). Also, adding a different form ID or creating a new one from scratch ends with the same result. In other words, I can't get ConvertKit's forms to consistently display on my site. Anyone have suggestions?

Hey @derek45! I'd recommend reviewing the steps in the troubleshooting articles linked below to rule out any of your forms' settings causing this:

There's a setting that can hide the form from returning visitors, for example, which may be contributing to this issue if you visit your own site often (as is common! ☺)

If those steps don't help, though, feel free to reach out to our team at help@convertkit.com40 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with a description of this issue and the name of the form (as it is displayed on the forms page49 in your account). One of our Product Specialists will be able to take a look at your account and help troubleshoot further from there!

(The issue with the form's code appearing seems like it might be a separate issue, though. If that persists I'd suggest reaching out to our team for further assistance as well, including a screenshot of how you embedded the form so our team can help troubleshoot with that context.)
