Has anyone had issues with ConvertKit forms randomly disappearing from their site? I have one that's fixed to my homepage, at the bottom of posts, and as a popup. Every now and again, I'll visit my site and notice that the form no longer appears. In the past, I just deleted and re-added the shortcode in Wordpress, which seemed to fix the issue for a few weeks. However, this is no longer working and I'm left with an active form that no one can see. If I try to add the HTML code, the form reappears, but only shows the headers and all of the code - no actual input areas (see attached). Also, adding a different form ID or creating a new one from scratch ends with the same result. In other words, I can't get ConvertKit's forms to consistently display on my site. Anyone have suggestions?
