automations Having trouble with an automated sequence. It is a sequence of reminder emails that are set up to go out to group A on week A, and group B on week B, so each group is supposed to get an email every 14 days. I defined these groups by using the filter options in each email. Now, I have set up each subsequent email in the sequence to go out every 7 days. Today both groups got an email - one was supposed to, and one was NOT. Should I be setting up delays by 14 days? I thought the sequence was triggered by days after previous email, but it looks like it is triggered by days after an email went out to a specific group?
