Hello, I am wondering how to get more accurate open rates on sending a broadcast? The last enewsletter I sent, I watched for a few minutes after sending, and the open rates all of sudden appeared at 30+% and indicated all these subscribers opened the email at the exact same minute. Which whilst I'd like to believe my content is that appealing :) is not what happened. Some of those subscribers are in different timezones and it was the middle of the night, yet the email came back saying opened. I think the pixel is causing the broadcast to record 'opened' instead of 'delivered'. Is it possible to remove this tracking pixel? many thanks
