Hello, I have migrated 1.2k email subscribers - I have the FREE version. I also added several sign up forms to blog pages, and as you can see on the attached, am getting views BUT NOBODY is reflecting signed up. I tested it for myself and although I get the SUCCESS YOU ARE SIGNED UP, CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION sign, there is no confirmation sent and the subscriber count does not increase. Is this because I am on the free version?

You mentioned that you currently have 1,200 subscribers, and you are under the free plan. I noticed on the screenshot below:

It says you need to upgrade your account, to be able to send emails. It is because you exceeded the subscriber limit of the free plan of 1k subscribers. 

That is the possible reason why you could not receive an incentive email when you tested your form. And the sign-ups are unable to confirm their subscription.
