Hello, I notice when I test forwarding my emails (once I receive the original one) that the formatting changes. How do I make sure the email looks the same if someone was to forward it on? many thanks!

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hello Eve -- Oh, this is new to me. I haven't encountered this kind of issue yet or got a report from one of my subscribers. As far as I know, there are times when the email format changes when it's being opened from a different inbox provider (like applemail or Microsoft outlook) due to differences in platform attributes.
