Hello! I received an email from a subscriber asking why she never gets my emails anymore and requesting that I "re-subscribe" her to my list. I checked it out and it her status is marked as "complained" - so she must have accidentally marked one of my emails as spam. I looked up how to reinstate her in the knowledge base and it says "let us know" if this happens. Can you help me get her reinstated? Thank you!

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
