Hello! I setup a modal form using the wordpress plugin. The popup is showing correctly, however, on every page load the form flash on screen briefly. Is there any way to have the form only show after the trigger?

Hi @Jeremy Blevins62! Hmm, it sounds like there might be some sort of issue with how the form is embedded, or perhaps a conflict with your theme. I would recommend reaching our to our support team at help@convertkit.com73 (or via the in-app messenger in your ConvertKit account) so we can troubleshoot!

It'll help us if you include this info in your message:

  • The name of the form, as it shows on the forms page81 in your account
  • The URL on which it is embedded
  • A description or screenshot of how you embedded it
  • The email address associated with your ConvertKit account (i.e. the one on this page79) if you reach out from another email address

One of our Product Specialists will be able to take a closer look and help get this sorted out! :)
