Hello! I setup a modal form using the wordpress plugin. The popup is showing correctly, however, on every page load the form flash on screen briefly. Is there any way to have the form only show after the trigger?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hi @Jeremy Blevins62! Hmm, it sounds like there might be some sort of issue with how the form is embedded, or perhaps a conflict with your theme. I would recommend reaching our to our support team at help@convertkit.com73 (or via the in-app messenger in your ConvertKit account) so we can troubleshoot!

It'll help us if you include this info in your message:

  • The name of the form, as it shows on the forms page81 in your account
  • The URL on which it is embedded
  • A description or screenshot of how you embedded it
  • The email address associated with your ConvertKit account (i.e. the one on this page79) if you reach out from another email address
