About You tab:

- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

This page is from convertkit and as far as I know, there is no way to edit this page. However, you can create your own thank you page using WordPress and you can use it as your thank you page once a subscriber signed up for your form. You can add the new thank you page URL on your form settings > general > redirect to an external page > add the URL here so it will redirect to your new thank you page.
