Hello, I use WordPress. My subscribers are receiving their incentive emails but not the new posts I create. Do I need to set up that service separately or do something differently? Thank you!

Are you referring to the sequence email? Please ensure that you have set up automation or a rule that subscribers will get the sequence when they enter the form. If you're having trouble with this, I recommend you email help@convertkit.com22 to look at your account.

I created a simple Landing page, with the default double-opt-in setting. But the signups are not showing up in my ... message (in inbox or spam folder).

I set up ConvertKit with my Wordpress website and tested to make sure I would receive the email once I sign up to ... a different email. How can I fix this?
