Hi @Cary 35 This can be a Gmail filtering issue. If it shows delivered on a Gmail address you may need to check the inbox, spam folder and promotions tab. One of suggested fix for this is using a domain based email for sending.
If you're already using a domain based email for sending you can reach out to help@convertkit.com65 so they can check and review your account.

The Community Hub Hello, I've began growing my list and now have 14 subscribers. Big issue though, none of my subscribers using Gmail and getting any of my emails. I signed up with my personal gmail, and got no conformation! What's the issue and how can I fix it? I tried with a non-gmail and it worked fine. It says the email is delivered and they just haven't opened it, but not true. It is nowhere to be found.
