Hello! I would like to clean my list but about 500 subscribers on my cold subscriber's list have a specific tag and I don't want to remove them from my list. How do I remove them from my cold subscriber's list?

About You tab:
- Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
Social Media tab:
- Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

You can't manually mark someone as "not cold." It sounds like the best option to do what you want is to:

Go to the Cold Subscribers list, select all and tag with with a new tag "To Remove" (as an example).
Create segment for folks that have the "To Remove" tag but don't have the tag of folks you want to keep.
Run your cleanup process on folks in the new segment.
