Hey @samantha5! Sorry for the trouble. Could you please try clicking the 'Refresh Forms' button in the WordPress plugin settings?
I'd also recommend checking your form settings and that it's not set to be hidden for X number of days after being seen (a good litmus test for that is to view your site from an Incognito window; if your form shows up there, there's a good chance there is something in your form settings that is interfering).
If you still have trouble after that, please feel free to reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with the name of the form (as it is displayed on the forms page7 in your account), the URL on which you are trying to embed it, and a screenshot of how you attempted to embed it, if possible.
