Help! I am trying to connect a signup pop up form to my WordPress blog. I have created the form, installed the Convertkit plugin, and tried to connect it but it doesn't seem to work. I am a new blogger and converting from Mailchimp, also trying to connect my sign up form in my header to Convertkit. It seems to work but I am getting an error message. Help appreciated.

As for the error message/404 page, I'd double-check that the URLs you are redirecting to are valid!
