Hey All, On my wordpress website, I use Fluent forms to get subscribers and use its integration with convertkit to build my subscriber list in CK. My problem is that .....the contact who fill the form are getting added as subscribers...but they are not getting tagged at all in CK. For my integration, I have selected the right CK form, mapped the field correctly and also selected the right CK Tag. Not sure why the sucriber is not getting tagged in CK. Any help would be very helpful.
