Hello Christine,
You need to have 2 forms or landing page (one for the buyer and one for the seller) Once you are able to create 2 opt ins for buyer and seller you can now create a segment for it.

Quick Tips Hi - I have a multivendor website where people can create either a BUYER account or a VENDOR account. How would I link these people to (two different segments within) my Convertkit list? I already have a newsletter subscription form and a pop up on the website, both are working and they campture people and take them to the correct segment. I just can't work out how to capture the other two audiences as well. At the moment, I have to manually add them to the correct segment once they have created an account. Thanks
