Have you tried contacting both convertkit & vimeo support? Sometimes there's permission errors, maybe vimeo doesn't think you own that page if you've got settings on private or something?

hi all, I've tried uploading 2 different videos to my landing page from Vimeo--I'm using the Academy template--and I keep getting this error message: An error occurred. Please try again later.
