Hi all, pretty new to Convertkit and I'm struggling with the header image in the card template for broadcasts. What are the dimensions a picture that you upload should have? I have already tried multiple dimensions but when testing it on a mobile phone the image is nowhere near mobile friendly (only part of it is displayed so it does not really look nice). But I cannot seem to be able to find the exact dimensions that that header image should have. Would be great if someone could help me out :-)

Hey @evisjourney61! We have a video tutorial on customizing the Card template here467 :) From the sounds of your question, it might be that a different template would be a better fit for you (this is covered in the video with visuals/examples!).

I hope that helps!

I haven't tested this but found the following information online.  Hopefully it will be helpful. As a guess, I imagine you may need to add some css code to make it Mobile responsive. Good luck!

Make the banner to be 600px in width and about 125px in height. This proportion looks quite nice on CK emails. You can try 600px x 200px and see if you like that better but I think 600px x 125px works just fine.
