Hi CK community! I've just attempted making my first landing page and I added a free incentive with the confirmation email. I just tried to sign up with a separate email address and no email has been delivered? Have I done something wrong or why is the incentive email not being delivered?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

It could be that your sending from email is a public email. 

Sending From a Public Domain
If you are sending messages from a free domain like gmail.com60, yahoo.com62, etc., your messages will likely go to the spam folder. You'll want to be sure to send mail from a domain that you own and that matches your branding.

We HIGHLY suggest you to get your own domain name and set up an email address using that domain. 

Example.
You purchased domain name as ABC.COM55
You can create email like yourname@ABC.COM55

Once you have done creating the email using the domain name you purchased, please let us know and we will help you to add it on the system.
