Hi everyone, I have an issue with our Tag in the Visual Automation. The automation has already been created and I wanted to add subscribers under that particular tag, and as I checked the other day, the subscribers have already been added there. However, only 7 subscribers out of 22 are there. I tried using this method: https://help.convertkit.com/en/articles/3746701-how-to-manually-add-subscribers-to-an-automation but the subscribers won't filter still. What should I do? See photos below.
