Asked a question last year

Hi guys, im needing to remove this header in the email that says 'confirm your subscription' + the part of the email that asks them to confirm it (even when i look at my template, it doesnt show this on the template, so unsure why its showing my customers this in their email). I dont want any subscriptions. Once they have submitted their details into my form, they go into my list and thats it. Please help me on how to remove this. Thank you

Hi there,

That email is the incentive email. If you have the double opt-in enabled on your landing page or form, it will send out an email to your subscribers when they sign up to confirm their subscription and be part of your list. If you don't want them to receive the email and be automatically confirmed, you can disable the double opt-in of the form but we don't usually recommend it.
