Hi I'm attempting to provide a pdf via email after a signup and it is giving me an error message when I go in to test it out. Please see attached screenshots. Thank you in advance!

I found someone else with the same issue.  Turns out the + sign in my file name was causing the error.

Hi @roderick24 , thanks for reaching out. Yes, that was most likely the issue here! If the incentive file name has a bunch of underscores or spaces in it (or apparently other symbols), renaming the file without those and re-uploading can fix the problem. You can try using dashes instead, as these don't seem to cause this issue as far as we know.

Another issue may be related to Canva if that's what you're using to create the PDF. Customers reported they were able to resolve this issue by exporting their file as a Standard PDF rather than a Print PDF (Canva defaults to exporting as a Print PDF).

We're glad to hear that you were able to resolve this. Let us know if you have any other questions! :)
