Hi! I'm trying to edit my incentive emails, but when I click "edit", it just loads....and then spaces out. Is anyone having this same problem or does someone know how I can fix it?

Hi Anne! This happens when you haven't selected any email templates as default on your account. Go to your email templates, select which template you'd like to use and you'll be able to click the edit email content under incentive settings. :)

Im trying to set up an incentive email as part of my form, but when I click on "edit email content" it takes me to a blank page. Can anyone help me please?

I'm unable to edit my incentive email. The options display behind the editor. Is this a glitch?

I'm not able to edit the newsletter email that replaced my previous incentive email. What browser do you recommend? I ... since it wasn't working in Firefox.

When editing the incentive e-mail, I do not see any personalization tags in the content block menu:
