Hi, I mistakingly sent a broadcast from my Gmail address last night (that will teach me to do this late...!) and I got 30% of my list that bounced. Now I'm trying to set up another mailing for those who did not receive it but this time coming from my work address but for some reason the bounced subscribers are not showing in the distribution list. Is there a way to reintegrate the bounced emails into the total subscribers? Thanks!

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand

If you sent email to a bunch of Gmail addresses, Google has been having problems off and on for the last 24 hours or so that have led to massive bounced email issues.  While generally it's a good thing that ConvertKit doesn't let you send to known bouncing addresses (to help your deliverability), this sort of anomaly might require some special handling.  You might reach out to ConvertKit's support team at help@convertkit.com24 (or with the message bubble in the lower right corner) and see if there's a way they can bring those folks back to active status on your account.
