Hi! I've been using CK for a year now and I love it! It's a great improvement over my previous ESP. Just a suggestion: It would be super convenient if there were a way to create a personalized incentive email template. I know CK provides a standard one, but I would love to be able to create my own and then just tweak it slightly for each content upgrade opt-in rather than have to enter every form and update every email.
